A world-class UK university recognised the growing importance of delivering collaborative, real-world impact.
They needed to re-position Knowledge Exchange as a strategic priority, not a bolt-on. This required major cultural and behavioural shifts across all university activities.
We created a KE strategy that built on existing best practice. We brought our own insights into the mix. Informed by our work with corporates, SMEs and (Non) Government Organisations.
The strategy identified quick-win, low investment opportunities. It also highlighted the structural changes needed to modernise how the university
- engaged with external actors
- measured its impact
The strategy has transformed behaviour and resource allocation at every level of the university.
